This Privacy Policy explains how Natiad (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and product (the “Service”).
What we collect
- Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile details you provide.
- Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.
- Website and publishing configuration: websites you add, CMS configuration you save (e.g., Notion/WordPress), and publishing preferences.
- Content and job data: prompts, drafts, outlines, titles, and pipeline execution state required to generate and deliver content.
- Usage and diagnostics: basic logs and metadata needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
How we use information
- Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, job runs, and publishing).
- Process billing, enforce plan limits, and provide customer support.
- Prevent abuse, secure the Service, and debug issues.
- Improve product performance and reliability.
AI processing
When you run the pipeline, we may send your inputs and relevant context to AI model providers to generate drafts and related outputs. You control what you submit and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing.
How we share information
- Service providers: infrastructure, analytics/logging, email delivery, and payment processing providers who help us run the Service.
- Publishing destinations: when you connect a CMS and initiate publishing, we transmit the necessary content and credentials to perform the action you requested.
- Legal and safety: if required to comply with law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion as described below.
Your choices
- Access and update: you can update account information in your dashboard.
- Disconnect integrations: you can disconnect connected services from your account settings.
- Delete your account: you can request account deletion from your dashboard. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
