Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Natiad (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions and billing

  • The current paid plan is Natiad Pro at $97 USD per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; your receipt and checkout screen are authoritative for the amount charged.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Managing billing details and cancellations is available through the customer portal.
  • If payment fails and Stripe cancels the subscription (or you cancel and the paid period ends), your access may be revoked.

3. Your content and outputs

  • Your content: you retain ownership of content you provide to the Service.
  • Outputs: you may use generated drafts and assets produced for your account, subject to these Terms and third-party provider terms.
  • Responsibility: you are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, compliance, and suitability before publishing.

4. Integrations and publishing

If you connect third-party services (e.g., Notion or WordPress), you authorize us to access and act on your behalf to perform the actions you request (such as creating or publishing drafts). You are responsible for configuring permissions appropriately.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

  • violating laws or third-party rights,
  • attempting to access other users’ data,
  • disrupting or overloading the Service, or
  • using the Service to generate or distribute unlawful content.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for safety/security reasons.
